This exciting project located at the top of the Jackson Hole Resort Bridger Gondola (elevation 9095 ft.) presented the design and construction team with a multitude of complex challenges. Given the extreme site constraints and short construction window a fully integrated approach to detail design and construction management was required. Throughout the process all of the points of interface between various building components and systems were coordinated using a master 3D model. In addition to acting as a design-assist consultant, Spearhead detailed, manufactured and installed the entire roof structure which featured a series of large-span glulam and steel hybrid trusses with intermediate timber purlin members supporting prefabricated SIP panels.
